Keys to a Good Life

For every disciplined effort, there are multiple rewards. That’s one of life’s great arrangements. If you sow well, you will reap well. Life is full of laws that both govern and explain behaviors, but the law of sowing and reaping may well be the major law we need to understand: For every disciplined effort, there are multiple rewards.
Discover how the smallest of disciplines, practiced every day, can start an incredible process that can change our lives forever.

1. Build a no-matter-what mindset.
Build the mindset that no matter what, you will accomplish things when you said you would. No matter what! You have to create pressure for yourself, otherwise nothing will get done.
2. Take control of your time.
Set consistent daily hours for work, stick to them and be deliberate with how you spend the hours when you’re off the clock. Also, make a to-do list each night before you go to bed. When you think about tomorrow the night before, you’re better prepared to accomplish things after you wake up.
3. Believe in yourself.
Most of us think about doing great things. The difference between the average person and the high achiever is a commitment to belief. When you commit, really commit to a choice, then everything else will fall into place to make it happen for you.
